We're trying to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible so our Return Policy is more of a Pay it Forward Policy.
If you're not in love with your Suit or it doesn't fit, don't ship it back to us - instead, gift it to a friend or loved one and we'll send you a new one, free of charge! (We just ask that you cover the shipping of your new Suit to you).
We know it's not much, but it will save at least one trip's worth of CO2 emissions and $ from your pocket and ours - and that's something. Plus, everyone loves receiving a random & uncalled for gift!
If you received your Suit or Mask damaged, faulty or wrong size please contact us within 14 days at email@example.com and we will replace it ASAP.
If your Suit does not fit, please contact us for an exchange within 14 days. Your first shipment is on us, but if you'd like to exchange your Suit, we ask that you cover the second transport costs (drop off exchanges at our Tel Aviv location are also available, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time).
*Masks cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic and donation-based reasons.
*In the case that your Suit is sold out and we cannot send you the same print, we will offer a refund
