• We will send you a Return Label, free of charge and kindly ask that our customers cover the fee to ship out the new items

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Your items must be in New Condition - aka the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Returned items must be clean, unworn, and free of pet hair, perfume, or stains.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a cleaning fee or rejected at our discretion.

• Underwear cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you received your items damaged, faulty or wrong size please contact us within 14 days here and we will replace it ASAP.

Please note - as we are a growing business, we are currently only offering Store Credit for returned items. Only in the case you would like to exchange an item in which the selected style or size is sold out, we will offer a refund.
